Tomorrow, I will make the Quick Smoked Sausage Stew with Pasta from my 125 Best Casseroles and One-Pot Meals cookbook reprinted this year by Robert Rose publishers. I thought it would be an appropriate recipe for families starting out the new school year with its many after-class activities. It is also a perfect one-dish supper for university kids cooking on their own for the first time. Check out my recipe page for the stew.
