Cashew Chicken

Today, I’ll be making this simple stir-fry which the whole family will love. Created with local vegetables you probably have on hand and pieces of tender chicken, it is fast and delicious. The recipe, courtesy of Foodland Ontario,  is posted on my Recipe Page.
