The updated cover

The coordinator for the gift shop in our Cambridge Arts Centre told me the copies I took her yesterday didn’t even hit the shelf before they were sold and requested more copies of my 125 Best Casseroles & One-Pot Meals (Robert Rose publishers). I am so pleased people are interested in this book that started out as Rose Murray’s New Casseroles and Other One-Dish Meals in 1996, then has been republished as 125 Best Casseroles & One-Pot Meals in  2002 and in 2009. Readers are finding one-pot meals not only easy to make, but perfect for entertaining as well since the whole meal can be prepared ahead as I have done for our company tonight. Check out my Books page for more information on this popular book and click on the image at the right of this page to acquire a copy.

I love all your books but the one pot meal book in particular. Every recipe I have made is a winner! I would LOVE to get a copy for my daughter for Xmas but it is very hard to find new. Amazon says it will ship in 2-3 motnhs! Do you have any copies of your books for sale yourself? I realize you probably don’t need the hassle but I would love to get my hands on another copy of this one and a few of your other hard to find older books. You are an amazing cook and representative for goold old Canadian cooking. Thank you for helping make my kitchen smell so awesome.
