Creating Appetizers on CTV
Today, I am thinking festive entertaining on my regular CTV appearance for the Noon News. Both are inexpensive appetizers made with ingredients you probably have on hand. The recipes are courtesy of Foodland and highlight Ontario produce that is available now. I’ll be showing Potato Red Pepper Tortilla Cubes, an easy version of the Spanish tortilla made with eggs and potatoes and I’ll demonstrate Parsnip Bacon Rosti using one of my favourite winter vegetables, parsnips. Their sweetness goes well with the smoky flavour ofbacon and a hint of Cheddar cheese.
