Baking a Cake on CTV

Today, I’ll be talking about pears on the Noon News and making a Buttermilk Pear Ginger Cake. It is a dark, spicy and moist cake studded with fresh pears…just right for a fall dessert, perhaps accompanied with a cloud of softly whipped cream spiked with candied ginger.
