Today, I will prepare a Foodland Ontario recipe on my regular CTV spot. Pork Tenderloin with Fruit and Nuts would be a perfect entree if your Thanksgiving dinner has only 4 people around the table. I love roasting a turkey for a large party, but this recipe ensures that you are not swamped with leftovers for days. Check out the Foodland website www.foodland.gov.on.ca for the recipe. Be sure you seek out the biggest tenderloin you can find; or if you can find only small tenderloins, the stuffing will be enough for two. Happy Thanksgiving.
