Cooking in Toronto
A busy weekend awaits me in Toronto where I will be appearing at the Conscious Food Festival in Fort York and judging an Iron Chef competition as part of the Hot & Spicy Food Festival in Harbourfront Centre. Representing Foodland Ontario both Saturday and Sunday at the Conscious Food Festival, I will make colourful salads featuring the local produce that is so good this year because of all our hot weather. Sunday afternoon, when I finish my own cooking, I get to sample someone else’s fare at Harbourfront when I judge the work of the two finalists in the Iron Chef competition at the 13th annual Hot & Spicy Food Festival.
