Making Pasta on CTV
Today, on my regular cooking spot on CTV’s Noon News, I made Spaghetti Puttanesca with Cherry Tomato Sauce from A Taste of Canada. It is a simple supper that can be made in under twenty minutes when it is even too hot to stand on the deck at the barbecue. The spicy aroma of garlic, anchovies and capers cooking with the tomatoes wafted all through the television studio and brought people in from upstairs and down for tastes.
