Light Orange Almond Fruitcake

After I made this fruitcake recently on CTV, one of the viewers immediately made it and sent me this picture of the cakes fresh out of the oven. This Sunday, the people who come to hear us at the Royal Ontario Museum’s “Canadian Sweet Treats” from 1 to 2:30 will get a chance to taste my Light Orange Almond Fruitcake.
