Making use of our fall vegetables

In the early fall months dinner parties are always easy because there is so much good produce around, and I always like to serve a starter soup using some of it. For tomorrow, I thought of a leek soup highlighting the wonderful fresh leeks that are appearing right now. Then, when I shopped this morning I bought a 10-pound bag of onions that were on sale for an incredibly low price…..so tomorrow it’s Onion and Stilton Soup. Click onto my recipe page to see how it’s made if you happen to have bought a big bag of onions!
