Cooking at Viewpointe Estate Winery

This week, Elizabeth Baird and I travelled to Essex County where we were treated to a Meet and Greet party on Wednesday evening so that we could meet local people and tour Viewpointe Estate Winery. On Thursday morning, we taught a class together in their lovely Culinary Arts Centre. We created a menu using recipes from our most recent books, “The Complete Canadian Living Baking Book” and my “A Taste of Canada”.
