A Taste of Canada is still getting media attention

Check out the Spring-Summer 2009 edition of EXPRESSIONS, a glossy magazine inspired by Acura, for a great grilling article written by Julia Aitken and based on A Taste of Canada. Every course is cooked over the coals: Grilled Melon and Arugula Salad, Grilled Arctic Char with Orange-Onion Salsa, A New-Fashioned Corn Roast with Cumin and Rosemary Butters and Honey-Grilled Pears with Ginger Mascarpone.
