Dear Rose,
I just wanted to tell you how much I am enjoying your latest book A Taste of Canada….I have made quite a few recipes and they all have been delicious…..Everything tastes so fresh and uncluttered. I love using such local ingredients cleverly combined with a little something exotic. I will be at the dinner featuring your recipes at the Rocky Raccoon restaurant here in Owen Sound. Thanks for such a timely and beautiful cookbook. Kathy.

i can see how popular your recipes are with the restaurants and the public. How come no one in the Niagara Peninsula have decided to use them? and th ephylo pastry for your butter tarts. Wait til I try that one!!1
