I am a native of Cambridge, Ontario and grew up in Galt as it was still in the 1970′s. My family still live there today but I flew the coop and now live in the Okanagan Valley and enjoy all the valley has to offer.

For the past 3 years I have been the author of my food blog More Than Burnt Toast http://morethanburnttoast.blogspot.com .
Once a month I have a section called Canadian Chefs on my blog where I highlight one Canadian Chef or culinary expert.

I would love it if I could post one of your recipes and a short biography. I would delight in conducting a brief interview if you would have time as well. At the very least if I could post your recipe for Tomato Clafouti. I believe that would be something my readers would really enjoy.
